Natural Hydration Drink (Celtic Sea Salt Electrolyte Water)
Ingredients
- 16 oz (2 cups) filtered water
- 1/8 tsp finely ground SPQR Seasonings Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, but helps absorption)
- Optional: small splash of orange juice or coconut water
Instructions
- Add the salt to a glass or bottle of water.
- Stir or shake until dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and honey.
- Mix well and drink slowly.
