Q: I just placed an order and am super excited! How long will it take to arrive?

A: We are excited too! It usually takes us 24-48 hours to ship your order, and another 1-5 days to arrive.


Q: Why did it say my product was delivered but part of it is missing?

A: Thank you for your patience. Sometimes our orders are shipped in separate packages and the system does not notify you. Feel free to message us if the rest of your package does not follow in the next 2-3 business days and we can track the rest of your order.


Q: My product came broken what can I do?

A: Although we do our best to package your order so that it arrives safe, logistics carries are notoriously rough with our precious cargo. Email our customer service email CS@SPQRSeasonings.com and we will help the best we can!


Q: Can I order in bulk, or wholesale?

A: Yes! Please contact CS@SPQRSeasonings.com for all wholesale inquiries. We also offer discounted multi-unit pricing on most of our items directly through our website. When completing a purchase discounts are applied when multiple units of an item are purchased. The more you purchase, the more you save!
