Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. -
Prepare Cauliflower:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated. -

Add the everything bagel seasoning, Himalayan pink salt, and black pepper. Toss again to distribute the seasoning well. -
