Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1½ tbsp everything bagel seasoning

  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)

  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional, for a savory twist)

  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

  2. Prepare Cauliflower:
    In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.

  3. Season:
    Add the everything bagel seasoning, Himalayan pink salt, and black pepper. Toss again to distribute the seasoning well.

  4. Bake:
    Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.

  5. Garnish (Optional):
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley or chives before serving.
