🧂 Ingredients:
For the chicken:

2 boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp honey

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp grated fresh ginger
For the rice bowl:

1 cup cooked jasmine or short-grain rice (warm)

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup sliced cucumber
-
½ avocado, sliced
-
¼ cup pickled red onions (optional)

2 tbsp SPQR Seasonings Sesame Ginger Crunch Seasoning (or to taste)

Fresh cilantro or scallions, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving
🔪 Instructions:

Marinate the chicken:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken and marinate for at least 10 minutes (up to 1 hour for deeper flavor). -
Cook the chicken:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely caramelized. Let rest, then slice thinly. -
Assemble the bowls:
Divide warm rice between two bowls. Top with sliced chicken, carrots, cucumber, avocado, and pickled onions. -
Add the crunch:
Generously sprinkle Sesame Ginger Crunch Seasoning over everything. Garnish with cilantro or scallions. -
Serve with lime wedges for a fresh kick.
